Yes, both the oven and the microwave can be used. If you want the second option, place the opened WaxBox with the paraffin inside in the microwave and heat it at 700w or medium power for 10 minutes. After that time, leave the WaxBox as it is in the microwave with the door open for 10 minutes (safety waiting time), and then 20 minutes in the refrigerator or 5 minutes in the freezer.

YES, the silicone material gets very hot, so you will have to wait for it to cool down or use gloves to handle the WaxBox when it is just out of the oven or microwave. As a precaution, wait a few minutes before handling it.
